Prices and what they cover
Prices shown on this website are per person and depend on how many people share a room. Each package lists what is included and what is not; anything not listed as included is not included.
Prices are subject to availability and to change. Airline fares, hotel rates and exchange rates move, and a price is only firm once your booking is confirmed by us in writing.
Booking and payment
Bookings are currently on a fully advance basis. Payment details are provided by our office directly and are never published online.
A booking is confirmed only when we confirm it to you. Sending money without a confirmation from us does not create a booking.
Your documents
You are responsible for holding a passport valid for at least six months from the date of travel and for giving us accurate information. We cannot be responsible for a refused visa, a missed flight or a cancelled trip caused by incorrect or late documents.
Visas
Visas are granted by the relevant authorities, not by us. We prepare and submit applications carefully, but we cannot guarantee that a visa will be issued or that it will be issued by a particular date.
Changes by us
Occasionally an airline reschedules a flight or a hotel becomes unavailable. If that happens we will tell you as soon as we know and will arrange the nearest equivalent we can. Hotels named in a package may be substituted for hotels of a comparable standard and distance where circumstances require it.
Our responsibility
We arrange services provided by airlines, hotels and transport operators. We are responsible for making those arrangements with reasonable care. We are not responsible for delays, losses or changes caused by those providers, by weather, by the authorities of any country, or by other events outside our control.
Conduct during the journey
Pilgrims are expected to follow the laws of Saudi Arabia, the instructions of the group leader, and the schedule of the group. We may decline to continue services to anyone whose conduct puts the group at risk, without refund.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
