What we collect
When you send an enquiry through this website we receive only what you type into the form:
- Your name
- Your phone or WhatsApp number
- Your city, if you provide it
- The package you are interested in, the number of travellers and your preferred month, if you provide them
- Any message you write
What we collect when you book
If you go on to book, we will need the documents any pilgrimage booking requires — passport details, photographs and CNIC information — so that we can apply for your visa and issue your ticket. We ask for these directly, not through this website.
How we use it
We use your details to answer your enquiry and, if you book, to make your travel arrangements. We share what is necessary with the parties who make those arrangements happen — airlines, hotels, transport operators and the relevant visa authorities — and with nobody else.
We do not sell your information, and we do not pass it to other travel agencies.
Visits to this website
This site records anonymous page-visit statistics: which page was opened, how long it was visible, how far down it was scrolled, and which site (if any) the visitor arrived from. No IP address, cookie, advertising identifier or device fingerprint is stored, and each visit is given a random number that is discarded when the page closes — so two visits by the same person cannot be linked together.
If analytics or advertising tools are switched on in future, this policy will be updated before they are.
Payment information
No payment is taken through this website and no bank details are published on it. Payment arrangements are made with our office directly.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become bookings are kept only as long as they are useful for following up. Booking records are kept as long as we are required to keep them for tax, licensing and regulatory purposes.

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by contacting us on 0300-5552966 or at amdtravels@gmail.com. If you ask us to stop contacting you, we will.
