Before you book
Are these prices per person?
Yes. Every price shown is per person and depends on how many people share a room — quint (five), quad (four), triple (three) or double (two). A smaller room costs more per person.
What is included in the package price?
The Umrah visa, return air ticket from Islamabad, hotel accommodation in Makkah and Madinah, private transport, and ziyarat in both cities. Meals, Qurbani and personal expenses are not included unless stated on the package.
How do I pay, and can I pay in instalments?
Bookings are currently fully advance. Please contact the office on 0300-5552966 for payment details — we do not publish account numbers on the website, because those details are frequently copied and misused by fraudulent pages.
Which airport do the packages fly from?
The packages that include a ticket fly Islamabad (ISB) to Jeddah (JED) on Saudia and return the same way. The two "without ticket" packages do not include a flight at all — you arrange your own, and we take over from your arrival in Jeddah.
How long does the Umrah visa take?
It varies with the season and with how quickly documents reach us. Send your passport and photographs as early as you can, especially for Ramadan and the peak months.
What documents do I need?
A passport valid for at least six months from the date of travel, recent passport-size photographs with a white background, and a completed booking form. Requirements can differ for children and for first-time travellers — ask us and we will confirm for your case.
Is ziyarat included?
On the two group packages — 15 Days and 21 Days on Saudia — yes, ziyarat in both Makkah and Madinah is included. The two without-ticket packages and the two special offers do not include it; each of those cards lists it under Not Included. It can be arranged separately, so ask the office when you book.
Is there any discount?
The prices on this page are the published flyer rates. The only discount the flyers rule out in writing is on the child and infant rates for the two group packages. For anything else, call the office and ask. What changes the per-person cost most is how many of you share a room — and on the without-ticket packages, how many of you travel together, which is why those list a rate for one person through to five.
Is AL-MUHAMMAD DIN a licensed agency?
Yes. We are a private limited company operating under DTS licence LHR/4684 and IATA accreditation 27-3 1778 0, in business since 2009.
Can you arrange a group departure for a family or organisation?
Yes. Tell us your group size and preferred dates and we will put a schedule and a price together for you.
Do you only handle Hajj and Umrah?
No. We are an IATA-accredited travel agency, so we also handle international air ticketing and visit, tourist and business visas.
